摘要
ＩＭ概念在向流程生产延伸时，人们十分关心ＭＲＰⅡ是否适用于流程生产的问题。本文讨论了从ＭＲＰ发展到ＭＲＰⅡ时其内涵的延伸，说明它的逻辑基础符合流程生产的要求，能解决流程生产中的主要管理问题。同时，也分析了流程生产不同于离散制造的若干特点，解决流程生产中对ＭＲＰⅡ软件的要求，提出了流程企业选用ＭＲＰⅡ软件的建议。
As the concept of CIM extends to process production, more attention is paid to the suitability of MRPⅡ to process production. This paper tries to explain the essentials of MRPⅡ and hence prove that its logical bases can meet the requirement of process production and it is able to solve the main management problems of process production. In addition, this paper also shows some features that make process production differ from mechanic manufacturing, based on which some requirements for MRPⅡ software suitable for process production are put forward. Finally some suggestions that support the choice of MRPⅡ software in process production.
