摘要
传统的图书馆管理模式使高校图书馆员的职业高原问题相当严重,极大地影响了图书馆工作效益的提高和服务质量的改善。分析了职业高原问题产生的原因及负面影响,提出了一些有效的应对策略。
The traditional library management mode, which makes the problem of the occupational plateau of university librarians very serious, has great influence on the increase of the working efficiency and the improvement of the service quality of the library. This paper analyzes on the reasons of the "occupational plateau" and its negative influence, and advances some effective countermeasures.
