稻草刨花板基材表面润湿性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过实验,对稻草刨花板表面自由能以及不同配比的脲醛树脂(UF)和异氰酸酯(MDI)混合胶液对稻草刨花板表面的润湿性能进行了测量和分析。试验结果表明,稻草刨花板的表面自由能高于稻草原料,不同配比的UF和MDI混合胶液在稻草刨花板表面的接触角是随着时间的延长而减小最后逐渐趋于稳定。 In this study, It was tested and analyzed that the surface free energy office-straw board and the surface wettability from the mixed gluing liquid of methane diisocyanate(MDI) and urea-formaldehyde resin(UF) with different proportion on the surface of rice-straw board. The result showed that the surface free energy of rice-straw board was higher than that of rice-straw, the surface contact angle was diminished gradually from the mixed gluing liquid of methane diisocyanate(MDI) and urea-formaldehyde resin(UF) with different proportion on the surface of rice-straw board and became steady with the tested time was increased.
