摘要
采用化学糙化法对塑料表面进行处理 ,测定了处理前后表面的粗糙度及接触角。研究结果表明 ,塑料表面经糙化处理后 ,其润湿性能得到显著的提高。通过对实验数据的回归 ,得出了润湿准数的关联式。该研究结果对塑料的工程应用具有参考价值。
Chemical roughening method was applied to treat plastic surface, roughness and contact angle of plastic surface were determined before and after it was treated. Results show that wettability of the treated plastic surface was significantly improved. Through regress of experimental data, the correlative expression of wettability number W et was obtained. The results are of value to engineering application of plastics.
