摘要
聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液(PVAc)可以作为脲醛树脂(UF)的改性剂,为探讨聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液对脲醛树脂性能的影响。采用PVAc对脲醛树脂胶黏剂进行改性,同时考虑环境温度、固化剂投加量对改性脲醛树脂的固化时间的影响,并对改性胶在杨木单板表面的润湿性能进行了测试,结果表明该改性剂有助于提高脲醛树脂的固化特性和润湿性能,同时也指出PVAc占脲醛树脂比例为20%、NH4Cl投加量为2%、柠檬酸投加量为5%时的改性脲醛树脂胶黏剂取得最佳效果。
Polyvinyl acetate emulsion was used as modifier to investigate its influence on the performance of urea-formalde- hyde resin. The influence of ambient temperature and the dosage of curing agent on the curing time was also studied. Wet- ting performance of the resin was tested in the surface of the poplar veneer. The results showed that the modifier helped to improve the curing and wetting properties of urea-formaldehyde resin. It was concluded that the optimal mass percentage in the adhesive was 20% for polyvinyl acetate emulsion, 2% for NH4C1, and 5% for citric acids.
