摘要
本文利用超声多普勒血流频谱研究了10名优秀男子摔跤运动员和10名普通人安静时二尖瓣、三尖瓣、主动脉、肺动脉的血流动力学指标和心室功能情况。结果表明:经专项训练的高水平摔跤运动员的心脏心肌活动协调能力提高,心脏收缩功能、舒张功能均优于对照组,但亦显示反映舒张功能的参数E峰加速时间、E峰减速度的变化和病理性心脏的变化相似,提示摔跤运动员心脏的发展过程中可能存在生理性心脏向病理性心脏变化的潜在因素。本研究表明:超声多普勒显示技术是一种较好的无创性运动员心血管机能研究手段,并为摔跤项目运动员心脏的研究提供新的参数。
The hemodynamic indexes of the mitral valve, tricuspid valve, aorta, pulmonary artery and ventricular functions at rest in 10 male elite wrestlers and 10 normal men were carried out by means of Echocardiographic Doppler. The results showed that,both the elite wrestlers'systolic function and diastolic function were superior to the normal men. However, these athletic E peak acceleration time and E decreasing rate which reflected the diastolic function had the same change with the pathological hearts.These indicated that there may be potential factors from physiology to pathology in the developing of ventricle, This study proved that Doppler Echocardiographic Technique is a good and noninvasive mean for researching athletes'cardiovascular functions, and provided the new parameters to research wrestlers' hearts.
