摘要
选取我国优秀男子高脚竞速运动员与一般水平运动员各12名作为研究对象,通过对运动员身体形态及机能指标的测试与研究,为我国高脚竞速运动员选材及制定科学、合理的运动训练计划提供理论参考依据与支撑。
Taking the 12 outstanding stilts competitive athletes and the 12 general level athletes as the research objects,by testing and researching their physical shape and skills indicators,provides the theoretical basis and the supporting for Selection and Formulating a scientific and reasonable exercise training program of China＇s stilts competitive athletes.
