摘要
采用SWRH82B盘条,对Galfan镀层大桥吊索钢丝绳进行试制。通过控制氮气压力或提高Dv值,相应提高不同规格的钢丝锌-铝合金面质量,同时控制铝含量。采用小于35%的总压缩率进行先镀后拉,确保热镀锌-5%铝稀土合金镀层钢丝的力学性能和镀层质量达到1 770 MPa级吊索钢丝绳的要求。
To develop steel wire galvanized Galfan for bridge sling rope using SWRH82B steel wire rope. The Zn-Al alloy coat mass of steel wire with different diameters can be increased and A1 content can be controlled as controlling N2 Pressure and improving Dv value. Mechanical property and coat quality of steel wire galvanized Galfan can reach the requirement of sling rope by drawing after galvanizing with 35 percent total draught.
