摘要
平行捻钢丝绳结构紧密,金属密度系数大,结构伸长小,在同规格、同强度条件下,使用寿命比一般金属绳芯线接触钢丝绳高20%~40%,比点接触金属绳芯钢丝绳高1~2倍,破断拉力比一般金属绳芯钢丝绳高12%以上。平行捻钢丝绳结构设计难度大,股与股之间必须设定合理的间隙。利用瓦林吞式圆股配丝原理对1 960 MPa级16W×19-PWRC—40钢丝绳进行研制,通过结构设计、技术参数的确定,运用先进生产工艺,选用优质原材料,成品钢丝绳实测直径41.32 mm,整绳破断拉力为1 438.9 kN,拆股试验表明,合绳后钢丝技术性能指标达到GB8918—2006要求。
Structure of parallel lay wire rope is packed, metal density coefficient is big, structure elongation is small. In the same diameter and same strength, the service life is higher than common metal core linear contact about 20% -40%, higher 1 ~ 2 times than point contact metal core wire rope, breaking force is higher than common metal core wire rope over 12%. The structure design of parallel lay wire rope is more difficult, reasonable gap must be designed between strand and strand. 1 960 MPa grade 16W × 19 - PWRC-40 wire rope was developed by using Warrington type round strand wire matching principle, through the decision of structure design, technical parameters, to adopt advanced process, quality raw material is chosen to produce, finished wire rope measured diameter is 41.32 mm, the whole rope breaking force is 1 438.9 kN, dismantle strand test shows that steel wire technical properties index after laying-up reaches requirements of GB 8918--2006.
