摘要
目的建立测定健胃口服液中熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法Novapak C18(4.6×20μm)色谱柱,流动相甲醇-水(97∶3),检测波长215 nm。结果线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 6,加样回收率为99.19%,RSD=2.0%(n=5)。结论:该方法操作简便,分离效果好,可用于健胃口服液的质量控制。
Objective To develop a new method for simultaneous determination of oleanolic acid in oral liquid of JianWei. Methotis HPLC was carried out with Novapak C18, using MeOH-H2O（97： 5） and detected at the wavelength of 215 nm. Results The recovery of this method was 99.19% and RSD was 2.0 % （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion The method is sensitive with a good stability and can be used for quality control in oral liquid of JianWei.
