摘要
改进高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定熊果酸的方法,得出最佳色谱条件:AtlantisTMC18分析柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为0.02mol/L;磷酸二氢钠∶甲醇(体积比为15∶85);检测波长为215nm;流动相流速为0.8mL/min。线性范围:59~950μg/mL,回归方程为Y=201.55X-2070.9,r=0.9997。在上述条件下对中药夏枯草中所含熊果酸进行了含量测定,分析结果表明,此法简单快速、高效灵敏、重现性好。
The method for determination of ursolic acid in prunella vulgaris by HPLC was improved. The optimum chromatogram conditions for ursolic acid are as follows: AtlantisTM C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) is adopted as chromatographic column. The mobile phase is 0.02mol/L NaH2PO4-methanol(15∶85,v/v). The detection wavelength is 215nm, the flow rate is 0.8mL/min. The regression equation is Y=201.55X-2070.9 with a correlation coefficient of r=0.9997, and linear range is found to be 59~950μg/mL. The proposed method gives a higher accuracy and precision, and which can be used for the detection of ursolic acid.
