摘要
目的 建立酸角中木樨草素高效液相色谱测定方法。方法 色谱柱Shimadzu C18柱，流动相为甲醇-0．05％H3P04溶液（55：45），流速1．0ml·min^-1检测波长350nm，柱温：室外。结果 在0．026～0．091μg范围内，线性关系良好（r=0．9998），平均回收率100．04％，RSD=1．13％。结论 该方法测定酸角中木樨草素简便，快速，线性关系良好。
Objective The HPLC method for determination of luteolin from Fructus Tamarindi is established. Methods A Slaimadzu C18 columnm was used with the phase of MeOH-0. 05% H3PO4 （55：45 ）and flow of 1,0 ml·min^-1 at the detection wavelength of 350 nm, Results The method was simple and had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0. 026 - 0.091μg（r =0.999 8）. The average recovery was 100.04% with RSD of 1.13%, Conclusion The method is easy to determine the content of luteolin from Fructus Tamarindi.
