摘要
本人结合广东省科技图书馆试行全员聘用制改革的实际,分析了在图书馆推行全员聘用制存在的问题,并提出了图书馆搞好全员聘用制的若干建议。
Basing on the reform of personnel appointment system of Guangdong Science ＆ Technology Library, the article discusses problems of the system and gives suggestions to improve the system.
