摘要
目的 研究海马壮阳软胶囊温肾壮阳的药理学基础。方法 用氢化可的松及去势大鼠可以造成阳虚模型。结果用海马壮阳软胶囊可使大剂量氢化可的松造成的肾阳虚模型小鼠体重下降减少 ,自主活动增多 ,游泳时间延长 ,并能显著缩短小鼠阴茎勃起潜伏期 ;使去势大鼠的包皮腺系数、前列腺 +精液囊系数、提肛肌系数提高 ,并能显著缩短大鼠阴茎勃起潜伏期 ;可使正常雄鼠的交配能力明显增强。结论 补气壮阳方具有益气壮阳作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate into the pharmacological basis of the effect of Haima Zhuangyang Capsule in warming the kidney and strengthening yang. METHOD Rat models with yang deficiency were made using hydrocortisone. RESULT Haima Zhuangyang Capsule can reduce the body weight of rats, increase their autonomous activities, prolong swimming time, markedly shorten the incubation period for the erection of penis of mice and increase the mating ability of normal male rats. CONCLUSION Haima Zhuangyang Capsule has the function of invigorating qi and strengthening yang.
