摘要
对7个红心萝卜品系主要部位的色素含量、积累量分析表明,红心萝卜色素在不同部位的分布,具有非均一性和较明显的正相关性。肉质根是色素积累的主要部位,其皮在植株各个部位中色素含量最高,与肉同为积累色素的重要组织。
Analyses of pigment content and accumulative total at main parts of red-core radish on seven strains indicates that distribution of pigment appear unhomoeneous and obviously positive correlation at various parts of red-core radish. Flesh root is the primary part that accumulates pigment, pigment content level of root peel is the highest than that of the other parts of radish plant, the peel of root and the flesh of root are both important organization accumulating pigment.
