摘要
观察含色素种类和色素分布位置明显不同的五个杂交品种后发现 ,色素在播种 3~ 5d的籽苗中初现 ;同一品种的初生结构与次生结构中红色素的分布格局大致相同 .红色素在红皮品种产品器官的表皮、周皮和其内方局部细胞中以镶嵌型分布为主 ;在绿皮红肉品种中呈弥散分布 ,在产品器官的韧皮部、初生木质部周围和三生结构中色素较多 ,在叶柄和叶脉基部也有分布 .荧光显微观察发现 ,在红色素密集区细胞中 ,含有与叶绿体荧光相似的小颗粒 .绿色色素一般集中在叶绿体中 .讨论了色素形成部位、发育规律及其与遗传的相互关系 .
Five varieties of Garden Radish,that are very different in kind and distributive position of chromogen,were observed.Chromogen had appeared in seedling since 2 3 d after germination,and pattern of distribution was same in primary structur e as in secondary structure.In red rind variety,red chromogen distributed in out er part of the productive organ (such as epidermes,periderm,and outer cortex)and showing inlay type,but in red pulpose varieties,it showed diffuse type in inner part(phloem,mata secondary structure,secondary parenchyma and around of primar y xylem).By fluorescence microscopy,it was found that there were many particles that had an autofluorescence being similar to that of chloroplast in the red ar ea.Green chromogen generally gathered in chloroplast.The genetic position of chr omogen,developmental regularity and the relationship of it with heredity were di scussed.
