摘要
在孕穗期和开花期分别用17.5和12℃恒温对水稻材料转ipt基因ey-105(鄂宜105)和组培苗(对照)各处理5 d,通过相对电导率、叶绿素含量、根系活力等生理指标的测定以及成熟后不同处理的粒重、单株产量、结实率等性状的观测,对转ipt基因ey-105与对照在低温下的耐冷性表现进行分析,并通过灰色关联度对不同的处理进行分析判断观测指标与单株产量的关系。结果表明:在孕穗期和开花期低温处理下,转ipt基因ey-105的相对电导率的变化量和叶绿体受低温的危害小于对照,而根系活力大于对照。对产量的影响则对照大于转ipt基因ey-105。在不同生育期的低温处理下电导率、根系活力、叶绿素a/b和百粒重对单株产量的影响较大。
The rice varieties were treated five days under 17.5℃ and 12℃ in the booting period and blooming period. The results showed that the relative conductance of ipt transgenie rice was smaller than the contrast. The destroyed chlorophyll of ipt transgenie rice was reduced under the low-temperature. The root activity of ipt -transgenie rice was larger than the contrast. And it was greater than ipt transgenie rice that low-temperature impact on yield of contrast. Finally, using the analytic approaches of grey related degree, it was analyzed and judged that every index had relation with the single output in different treatments.There were indexes including the rate of conductance, root activity, chlorophyll a/b and 1000-grain wight to exert a great influence on the single output under the low temperature.
