摘要
以绞股蓝茎尖作为外植体,进行绞股蓝快繁技术的研究。试验表明:茎尖在MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 2.0mg/L中诱导效果最高,快繁的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L,生根培养以无激素的MS培养基较好。
The stem tips of Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb) Maniko were used as explants in tissue culture so as to establish a fast propagation system for this plant species. The best medium was MS + NAA 0.2 mg/L + 6-BA 2.0 mg/L for shoot induction, MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + IAA 0. 5 mg/L for multiplication and MS without the addition of any plant hormones for rooting.
