摘要
目的 :对葫芦科植物绞股蓝的抗肿瘤活性皂苷成分进行研究。方法 :利用色谱的方法分离活性皂苷成分 ,利用波谱和化学方法鉴定各单体皂苷成分的化学结构。结果 :从绞股蓝的地上部分离得到多个化合物 ,鉴定了其中 5个皂苷成分的结构 :3 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖基 2α ,3 β ,12 β ,2 0 (S) 3羟基 达玛烷 2 4 烯 2 0 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (1) ,GynosaponinTN 1(2 ) ,GypenosideLXXⅦ (3 ) ,GypenosideXLⅥ (4)和GynsenosideRd (5 ) ,其中化合物
AIM:To isolate and identify the anticancer constituents of Gynostemma pentaphyllum . METHOD:Some chromatographic methods were applied to isolate pure saponins, whose structures were elucidated by using chemical and spectroscopic methods. RESULT:Compound 1 is a new natural product. Saponins 2, 3, 4 and 5 were identified as the known compounds.
