摘要
二甲双胍的临床作用包括控制血糖和糖尿病的危险因素,阻断糖耐量减低或空腹血糖受损,调整糖尿病体质,治疗代谢综合征,改善胰岛素抵抗并治疗胰岛素抵抗相关疾病及多囊卵巢综合征等;还可通过抗蛋白质糖化、抗血小板、抗自由基、抗血管内皮慢性炎症等作用防治糖尿病慢性血管并发症。对慢性心力衰竭可能有益,且不良反应较少。二甲双胍临床适应证有所扩大,可安全地用于糖尿病及其并发症的防治。
Mefformin can be used to control blood glucose and risk factors of diabetes mellitus, including preventing impaired glucose toleraree and impaired fast glucose, adjusting diabetic patients＇ constitution, treating metabolism syndrome, improving insulin resistance and related diseases as well as polycystic ovarian syndrome and so on. It also has the function of anti-pretein glycation, antiplatelet, anti-free radical, intercept the chronic inflammarion action. So it can be used to prevent and cure chronic vascular complication in diabetic patients. Mefformin may be beneficial to chronic heart failure, and have few side effections. Accordingly, metfirmin can be used to prevent and cure diabetes and its complications with safety.
