摘要
目的评价两厂家产二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的成本-效果关系。方法将143例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,A组(71例)给予二甲双胍(湖南湘雅制药有限公司)0.5 g,2次/d;B组(72例)给予二甲双胍(中美上海施贵宝制药有限公司)0.5 g,2次/d,均治疗8周,比较两组的疗效和不良反应,并运用成本-效果分析方法比较其经济性。结果A组与B组降低空腹血糖的总有效率分别为80.70%、81.95%,降低餐后2 h血糖的总有效率分别为90.14%、91.67%,不良反应发生率分别为8.45%、8.33%(P>0.05),成本分别为329.96元、475.2元,B组相对于A组空腹血糖的增量成本-效果比为116.19,对餐后2 h血糖的增量成本-效果比为94.93。结论两种治疗方案都能将血糖控制在理想范围内,但A组治疗2型糖尿病相对经济。
Objective To evaluate the cost - effectiveness relation of mefformin hydrochloride from two different pharmaceuti- cal factories for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 143 out - patients with type 2 diabetes mellitns were randomly di- vided into 2 groups： group A （n = 71 ） received the mefformin hydrochloridc （Hunan Xiangya Pharmaceutical Company, Ltd ）O. 5 g bid ; group B （ n = 72） received the metforrnin hydrochloride （ Sino - American Shanghai Squibb Pharmaceutical ,Ltd ） 0.5 mg bid, All the 2 groups were treated for 8 weeks and the effects and adverse drug reactions were observed. The data were evaluated by the cost - effectiveness analysis. Results The total effective rate on blood - fasting sugar in groups A and B were 80.70% and 81.95 % ,re- spectively. The total effective rate on blood sugar 2 hours after meal were 90.14% and 91.67% ,respectively. Their incidences for ad- verse effects were 8.45 % and 8.33 % （ P 〉 0.05 ）, respectively. The costs were 329.96 yuan and 475.2 yuan , respectively. The in- cremental cost - effectiveness ratio of group B on blood - fasting sugar versus group A was 116.19. The incremental cost - effectiveness ratio of group B on blood sugar 2 hours after meal versus Group A was 94.93. Conclusions The blood surgar level can be controlled to an ideal level through the two treatment schemes. The drug in group A is a preferred option for the treatment of Type 2 diabetes melli- tus.
