摘要
本文介绍了胰岛素抵抗 (IR)即胰岛素敏感性降低是众多临床慢性致死致残性代谢性疾病如糖尿病、高血压病、脂质代谢紊乱等的共同代谢缺陷 ,而瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子在这代谢缺陷的发病环节中起着重要作用 ,为揭示胰岛素抵抗的病因。
Insulin resistance (IR),or the decrease of insulin sensetivity is a metabolic defect which causes a lot of serious diseases such as diabetes mellitus,hypertension and the disturbance of lipid metabolism.Leptin and tumor necrosis factor play an important role in the pathogenesis of this metabolic defect.In order to explore the causes of IR and provide the significant information about the diagnosis and treatment of relative diseases,author reviews the research progress on leptin,tumor necrosis factor and IR.
