摘要 目的综述黄酮类化合物吸收和代谢的最新进展。方法检索近几年的文献资料进行分析、综合和归纳,分别按胃、小肠、大肠和肝脏几个主要吸收和代谢部位进行介绍。结果与结论近年来,黄酮类化合物小肠吸收以及大肠代谢等方面的研究均取得了显著的进展,值得关注。
