摘要 蛋白质糖基化是一种重要的翻译后修饰,它参与和调控生物体的许多生命活动。随着蛋白质组技术的不断发展,蛋白质糖基化研究越来越受到广泛的重视。本文介绍了蛋白质糖基化修饰的研究内容与方法,并综述了最近的研究进展。 Glycosylation is one of the most important post-translational modifications of the protein, which is related to many activities of life. With the development of the proteomics, the studies of the glycosylation are attached more and more importance. This article has introduced the approaches for determination of the specific-glyeosylarion-site, the assay of sugar chains of the glycoprotein, the glycosylation engineering, and reviewed the progresses in their applications.
