摘要
介绍了全湿法工艺处理废旧锌锰干电池的技术方案。研究了锌的湿法浸出和汞的无害化处理的可行性。选择氨浸工艺可以较好地解决废旧干电池中锌和二氧化锰的分离问题,而添加剂的加入则解决了锌的浸出速度和汞的脱除问题。该方法可降低废旧干电池的综合回收成本,且具有良好的操作性。
This paper introduces the method of wet technique to treat used zinc-manganese dioxide dry cells, and studies the practicability on wet leaching of zinc and innocuous treatment of mercury. Using ammonia leaching technique can solve the problem of separation zinc from manganese bioxide in used dry cell. And using additive can improve the leaching speed of zinc and separation of mercury. This method can reduce the comprehensive recovery cost of used dry cells so that it's a feasible way.
