摘要
锌锰电池作为典型的民用一次电池,其大规模消费导致大量废弃物的环境累积问题,因此妥善处理废旧锌锰电池迫在眉睫。本文以拆解废旧锌锰电池所得的石墨棒为原料,设计酸性氧化浸出工艺利用石墨不溶于酸的特性选择性去除ZnO/MnO_(2)等金属氧化物杂质,得到较纯的再生石墨,再将其应用于锂离子电池负极,随后测试电化学性能。实验结果显示,当硫酸浓度达到0.1 mol/L、过氧化氢体积分数为6vol%时浸出率最高达19.30%,再生石墨的平均粒度为13.56μm。在测量其电化学性能的测试中,首次放电比容量为358 mAh/g,库仑效率为89.9%。本研究为废弃锌锰电池的闭环回收及功能材料再制造提供了创新解决方案。
As a typical civilian primary battery,the zinc-manganese battery has led to the environmental accumulation problem of a large number of wastes due to its large-scale consumption.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to properly dispose of the used zinc-manganese batteries.Using the graphite rods obtained from the disassembly of used zinc-manganese batteries as raw materials,an acidic oxidation leaching process was designed.Taking advantage of the characteristic that graphite was insoluble in acids,metal oxide impurities such as ZnO and MnO_(2)were selectively removed,and relatively pure regenerated graphite was obtained.Then,it was applied to the anode of a lithium-ion battery,and its electrochemical performance was subsequently tested.The experimental results showed that when the concentration of sulfuric acid reached 0.1 mol/L and the volume fraction of hydrogen peroxide was 6vol%,the highest leaching rate can reach 19.30%,and the average particle size of the regenerated graphite was 13.56μm.In the test of measuring its electrochemical performance,the initial discharge specific capacity was 358 mAh/g,and the Coulombic efficiency was 89.9%.This study provided an innovative solution for the closed-loop recycling of discarded zinc-manganese batteries and the remanufacturing of functional materials.
