摘要
以废旧碱性干电池正极材料MnO2为原料,通过电解还原法将不溶解的锰的化合物溶解成为离子态.通过循环伏安法验证了电解还原法溶解正极物质的可行性;利用X-衍射表征了MnO2电解还原反应过程,并对相关参数进行了试验优化研究.
A process of the dissolving method for Mn oxide in waste Mn-Zn batteries cathode material by using electrolytic reduction is proposed. The feasibility of the electrolytic reduction reaction from MnO2 to Mn2+ is investigated by cyclic vohammetry. The course of electrolytic reduction is characterized by X-ray diffraction. The factors of electrolytic reduction are optimized.
