摘要
利用核黄素与光作用产生O2,Fenton反应产生OH·,以及H2O2引起的红细胞氧化溶血的方法,研究了丹皮总甙(TGM)和白芍总甙(TGP)对O2及OH·的清除作用和对溶血反应的影响。结果TGM和TGP对O2产生50%清除率时的浓度分别为2.31mg/L和2.64mg/L,对OH·产生50%清除率时的浓度分别为25.69mg/L和117.96mg/L,抑制H2O2引起溶血反应的IC50分别是0.94mg/L和1.41mg/L。结果表明TGM和TGP对自由基有清除作用,并能抑制H2O2引起的溶血反应,且TGM的作用强于TGP。
The models of simplified O2-generating system, OH·-generating system and oxidative hemolysis induced by hydrogen peroxide were used to study the O2,OH·scavenging activity and inhibitory effects on oxidative hemolysis of total glucosides of Moutan Corter(TGM) and total Glucosides of Paeony Lactiflora (TOP) in this paper.The results shows that TGM and TGP can scavenge O2 and OH.; IC50of scavenging O2 are 2.31 and 2.64mg/L respectively, IC50 of scavenging OH are 25.69 and 117.96mg/L respectively. The IC50 of inhibiting oxidative hemolysis are 0.94 and 1.41mg/L respectively. The results suggest that TGM and TGP have the capacity to scavenge O2 and OH·,and can inhibit oxidative hemolysis induced by H202. The radical scavenging activity of TGM,in comparison with that of TGP,was more effective.
