摘要
本实验用放射免疫测定法观察了中性粘多糖对蒙古种沙土鼠单次和多次缺血再灌流脑皮层中白三烯 C_4(LTC_4)含量的影响。结果显示:缺血10分钟再灌流10分钟,并重复两次,较缺血30分钟再灌流30分钟的脑皮层在体外培养液中释放的 LTC_4量显著增加。缺血前10天,每天从胃管给予40 mg/kg 中性粘多糖后,多次缺血再灌流组 LT C_4释放量明显减少,而单次缺血再灌流组的 LT C_4释放量无明显变化。
The ain of our study was to investigated the effect of neutral mucoplysac- charide(NM)on in vitro release of LTC4 of single and repetitive reperfusion ischemic cor- tex.Groups of gerbils underwent bilateral carotid occlusion and reperfusion.The single reper- fusion isehemie group(SRIG)underwent a single 30-Min period of carotid occlusion and 30- Min periol of reperfusion.The repetitive reperfusion ischemie group(RRIG)underwent three 10-Min periods of occlusion at 10-Min intervals.Other two groups were similar to SRIG and RRIG,respectively,but received 40 mg/kg NM each day for ten days before carotid occlusion.The LTC_4 level were determined by radioimmunoassay after 1-hour incu- bation of the cortical slices.The LTC_4 level in incubation of RRIG was considerably higher than that of SRIG.The increasing of LYO_4 of RRIG was blocked after pretreatment with NM,The results suggested NM might have some advantages on protection of ischemic reper- fusion injury of brain.
