中性粘多糖对缺血再灌流脑组织ATP含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为观察中性粘多糖(NM)对缺血再灌流脑组织损伤的作用,我们应用沙土鼠制成的全脑缺血模型,测定缺血组织中的三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及脂质过氢化物(LPO)。结果显示,提前服用NM,在缺血时可使脑组织ATP含量恢复到正常水平,也可提高再灌流时脑组织ATP水平,且后者随着SOD活力升高,LPO的含量降低,其含量有所恢复。提示NM对缺血再灌流的脑损害有保护作用。其机制是通过促使ATP的重新合成和清除自由基,从而改善脑能量代谢。 AbstractTo investigate the protective function of neutral mucopolysaccharide(NM)on brain damagefollowing cerebral ischemia and reperfusion,we measured brain adenos,ine triphco,phate(ATP),su-peroxide dismutase(SOD),lipid peroxidation(LPO)in global cerebal ischemic medels of gerbil.The results showed that it pretreat with NM in cerebral ischemia,brain ATP level was restored tonormal level.After reperfusion,it was also eleveted.Brain SOD increased and LPO decreasedrapidly,ATP was also eleveted.The study suggests that NM plays a role in protecting cellular dam-age of ischemia and reperfusion. The mechanism is that it can promote resynthesis of ATP andscavenge free radicals,which improves energy metabolism.
