摘要
目的:研究螺旋CT及三维重建技术在髁突骨折中的诊断价值和对治疗的指导作用。方法:对58例75侧髁突骨折通过三维螺旋CT技术进行扫描检查。结果:螺旋CT及三维重建技术可以确诊髁突骨折并明确骨折的部位、旋转、方向、移位情况等,对治疗方法和手术方案的选择有重要的参考意义。结论:螺旋CT及三维重建技术能全面而直观的显示髁突骨折的情况,对髁突骨折的诊断、治疗方案的确定和疗效的评价有重要作用。
Objective： To study the diagnostic value of spiral CT and 3D imaging reconstruction in treating condylar fractures. Methods： 75 joints of 58 cases with condylar fracture were examined by spiral CT and 3D imaging reconstruction. Results ： All 58cases （75 joints） could be clearly diagnosed and ascertain the position, rotation, orientation and shift of the fracture. Conclusion： Spiral CT and 3D imaging reconstruction display directly the condylar fractures, they play a important role in diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of effect in treating condylar fractures.
