摘要
目的:研究螺旋CT及三维重建技术在髁突骨折中的诊断价值和对治疗的指导作用。方法:对58例75侧髁突骨折通过三维螺旋CT技术进行扫描检查。结果:螺旋CT及三维重建技术可以确诊髁突骨折并明确骨折的部位、旋转、方向、移位情况等,对治疗方法和手术方案的选择有重要的参考意义。结论:螺旋CT及三维重建技术能全面而直观的显示髁突骨折的情况,对髁突骨折的诊断、治疗方案的确定和疗效的评价有重要作用。
Objective: To study the diagnostic value of spiral CT and 3D imaging reconstruction in treating condylar fractures. Methods: 75 joints of 58 cases with condylar fracture were examined by spiral CT and 3D imaging reconstruction. Results : All 58cases (75 joints) could be clearly diagnosed and ascertain the position, rotation, orientation and shift of the fracture. Conclusion: Spiral CT and 3D imaging reconstruction display directly the condylar fractures, they play a important role in diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of effect in treating condylar fractures.
