摘要
髁突骨折治疗方法的选择一直存在争议,仍无统一观点。目前,各种固定装置的开发与应用使髁突骨折的手术治疗已经日益普及,但至今仍没有髁突骨折手术治疗效果强于保守治疗的结论性研究报道。本文就髁突骨折治疗方法、并发症等相关内容作一综述。
There has always been controversy in the treatment of condylar fractures, and still has no united standpoint. At present, the surgical treatment of condylar fracture has already been gradually popularized, which largely profited from development and application of all kinds of fixed installation. But up to now, there still has no reports of conclusive study about surgical curative effect of condylar fracture better than conservative treatment. This oaoer reviews asoects of treatintz orocess and comolication of condylar fracture.
