摘要
目的：观察应用GBR技术治疗失败中的种植体的临床效果。方法：应用GBR技术治疗发生种植体周围炎的种植体9例，用临床检查和影像学检查评价治疗效果。结果：应用GBR技术治疗后随访6—18个月，种植体周围软组织炎症得以消除，探诊深度均小于5mm，X线检查显示种植体周围的骨量得到较好恢复。结论：应用GBR技术治疗失败中的种植体是一种有效的方法，种植体部分恢复其周围原有的骨量和骨结合。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of treating failing implants with GBR technique. Methods： 9 cases of failing implants were treated with GBR technique, and treatment effects were evaluated with clinical and radiographic examination. Results： Follow - up was between 6 to 18 months, peri - mucositis were eliminated and PD （probing depth） 〈 5mm, radiographic examination showed that the bone around the implants was better regained. Conclusion： GBR is a practical method to treat failing implants, which can partly achieve new bone and re -osseointergration.
