摘要
目的通过对患者牙列缺损并余牙重度磨耗的设计及修复治疗,探讨牙合重建的有关问题。方法选取牙列缺损并余牙重度磨耗患者31例,根据患者余牙情况采用牙合垫式可摘义齿修复,随访3-5年,观察修复治疗效果。结果 26例患者重建后,牙列形态、咬合面及面下1/3高度获得适当恢复,美观改善,咀嚼功能良好。5例患者咀嚼功能部分恢复,颞頜关节区症状缓解。结论正确的正中牙合位确定,暂时性牙合垫的使用,精确的牙合垫式可摘局部义齿制作是修复牙列缺损伴重度磨耗的较好方法。
Objective To observe the effects of occlusal splint removable denture on TMD old patients.Methods 31 patients were included,occlusal splint removable denture was designed and made for these patients.Thepatients were then followed up for 3~5 years. Results 26 patients were satisfied with of occlusion,dentition,reestablishing of the lower third of the face,and the function alactivity of mastication.5 patients resumed masticatory function partly,TMD symptoms eased. Conclusion Correct occlusal position,temporarily splint,occlusal splint removable denture might be effective way for occlusal reconstruction of dentition defect with sever tooth attrition.
