摘要
目的:建立包括颞下颌关节、咀嚼肌、下颌骨及下牙列的三维有限元模型。方法:对正常志愿者颌面部进行磁共振冠状位扫描。三维重建磁共振影像。应用CAD软件、ANSYS6.1,建立有限元模型。结果:包括颞下颌关节、咀嚼肌、下颌骨及下牙列的三维有限元模型共有14332个节点,11008个单元,其中关节盘552个单元;与MR三维重建影像比较,形态结构一致。结论:所建三维有限元模型,具有良好的几何相似性和力学相似性,更接近实际生理情况。
Objective: To construct the 3D finite element model (FEM) including the TMJ, the masticatory muscles,the mandible and the lower teeth. Methods: A series of coronal MR images of the healthy volunteer誷 bilateral TMJ werecollected and reconstructed to establish 3D MR images. 3D FEM was constructed using CAD softwares and ANSYS6.1.Results: The morphology of 3D FEM including the TMJ, the mandible, the masticatory muscles and the lower teeth wasas fine as the 3D MR images. The FEM had 14332 nodes and 11008 elements, with articular disc having 552 elements.Conclusions: The FEM including the TMJ, the masticatory muscles, the mandible and the lower teeth has fine morphologicaland mechanical comparability. And the FEM simulate the physiological condition perfectly.
