SPBT离聚物及其液晶离聚物的合成与表征 被引量:5

Synthesis and Characteriztion of Sulfonated PBT Ionomers and PHB/SPBT Liquid Crystalline Ionomers

摘要 首先通过对苯二甲酸二甲酯、5磺酸钠间苯二甲酸二甲酯与1,4丁二醇的熔融缩聚制得不同离子含量的离聚物SPBT;再将SPBT离聚物与对乙酰氧基苯甲酸通过熔融共缩聚反应获得液晶离聚物PHB/SPBT。对离聚物特性粘度、热性质、流变性能等进行了表征,同时考察了液晶离聚物的热性能、液晶性能。研究发现离子的引入导致SPBT离聚物的特性粘度下降,聚合物的结晶温度以及结晶熔融温度向低温区移动。对液晶离聚物的偏光显微照相分析表明在所研究的离子含量范围内,离子的存在并不影响PHB/SPBT共聚酯液晶态的形成,液晶离聚物具有较好的耐热性能。 Sulfonated PBT (SPBT) ionomers with various contents of ionic group were prepared from the melting polycondensation of dimethyl terephalate, dimethyl 5sulfoisophthalate sodium salt and 1, 4butanediol. Then the PHB/SPBT liquid crystalline ionomers were obtained from the copolymerization of p-acetoxybenzoic acid and SPBT. The intrinsic viscosities, the thermal and rheological properties of SPBT as well as the liquid crystalline properties of LCI were investigated. It was found that the incorporation of ionic groups would reduce the intrinsic viscosity, the crystallization temperature and the melting point of PBT. It was identified from the POM observation that the ionic groups affected little on the liquid crystalline properties of PHB/SPBT copolyesters, and the liquid crystalline copolyesters showed good thermal stability.
