摘要
对乙酰氧基苯甲酸与含磺酸基 PET离聚物通过熔融共缩聚反应 ,获得一系列不同离子含量的液晶离聚物。对产物中可溶部分和不溶部分进行了分离 ,并分析了这一现象产生的原因 ;对合成物中离子基团予以定性和定量表征 ;并通过 DSC和 TGA分析对其热性质进行了初步研究。产物的偏光显微照相结果表明其为向列型液晶。
A series of polyester based liquid crystalline ionomers(LCI) with various sulfonate group content were prepared from p acetoxybenzoic acid and sulfonated PET ionomers through melt copolycondensation. The dissoluble and indissoluble parts were seperated, and the reason of this phenomenon was discussed. The structure of the LCIs and the concentration of the ionic groups were characterized by FT IR analysis and atomic absorption spectrometry respectively. The thermal properties of the synthesized polymers were investigated by DSC and TGA. The polarizing light microscopy experimental results of the quenched samples show that the prepared polymers belong to a kind of nematic thermotropic liquid crystals.
