摘要
采用实测调查的方法,在花园村观测点对北京三环主路南北双向车流量进行了分时段连续观测.获得了交通流量数据,并运用简单的数学方法深入分析了三环路现有交通状态.在此基础上指出目前三环路存在的问题,并力求给出解决途径.
With the extenson of urban area in Beijing becoming larger and larger, the total number of cars is increasing rapidly. Now the function and position of the Third Ring among Beijing transportation system has changed tremendously. By investigating and analyzing the Third Ring＇s present transportation situation, this passage will point out the problems with the thirol Ring and seek the solutiens.
