分离纯化野马追总黄酮精制工艺中大孔树脂的筛选方法 被引量:1

摘要 目的筛选野马追总黄酮的精制工艺中分离纯化效果最好的大孔吸附树脂。方法以总黄酮含量为评价指标,考察静态吸附、解吸附、动态洗脱性能等参数,对D101型、D201型、D301型、D401型等大孔吸附树脂吸附分离纯化野马追总黄酮进行评价。结果D301型大孔吸附树脂静态饱和吸附量为18.48mg.g-1;在60%、80%乙醇中静态解吸附率为83.66%和85.36%,乙醇洗脱时动态解吸附率为93.70%,综合性能较好。结论D301型大孔吸附树脂综合性能最好,适合野马追总黄酮的精制。 OBJECTIVE Select the best types of macroporous resin to purify Herba Eupatorii. Methods D101,D201, D301 ,D401types of macroporous resin were used to separate and purify total flavones. The static adsorption capacity, the static elution ratio,the dynamic adsorption capacity were compared. RESULTS The static adsorption capacity of D301 macroprous retion was 18.48mg·g^-1 , the elution ratio was 83.66% ,85.36% ,respectively. The dynamic adsorption capacity was 93.70%. CONCLUSION The D301 type macroprous resin showed better comprehensive adsorption property,it can be used to purify the extract of Herba Eupatorii.
