摘要
目的薄层色谱法鉴别洁阴洗剂中有效成分。方法采用薄层色谱法分别对蛇床子、苦参、黄柏进行鉴别。结果及结论该方法专属性强,重现性好,可用于该产品的成分鉴别。
OBJECTIVE To identify the contents in Jieyin mixture by TLC. METHODS TLC method was used to analyze common cnidium fruit, light yellow sophora root,amur corktree bark,respectively. RESULTS and CONCLUSION conclusion This method is specific and reproducible. It can be used for identify the contents of Jieyin Mixture.
