摘要
采用模压成型法研究了聚乙烯醇、叔碳酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸共聚乳液(叔-丙乳液)及叔-丙乳液改性混合体系、硅溶胶、纳米SiO2分别增强普通硅酸盐水泥基体的效果。并对部分复合水泥与纯水泥试样作扫描电镜分析,比较了试样微观结构上的差异,讨论了相应的改性机理。实验结果表明:聚乙烯醇、叔-丙乳液改性混合体系、硅溶胶对水泥基体有明显的增强效果。
Polyvinyl alcoho (PVA) 、acrylate-vinyl 7,7-dimethyloctanoate emulsion and its modified binder, silica sol, nano-silicon dioxide were adopted respectively as reinforcing phase. Their reinforcing effects on cement based composite were compared. The test results showed that there was significant enhancement of mechanical properties. The enhancement of properties is greater with silica sol compared with nano-silicon dioxide. Their mechanism of reinforcement was studied. Furthermore, the differences of microstructures were described and analyzed with the help of the SEM observation.
