摘要
作者应用XRD物相分析净浆稠度与凝结时间和硬化浆体强度试验 ,对掺纳米SiO2 与掺硅粉的水泥硬化浆体的性能进行了比较性研究。研究得到 :与掺硅粉的水泥浆体相比 ,掺纳米SiO2 的浆体具有流动性变小和凝结时间缩短的现象 ,掺入纳米SiO2 能显著地提高水泥硬化浆体的早期强度 ,能更有效更迅速地吸收界面上富集的氢氧化钙 ,能更有效更大幅度地降低界面氢氧化钙的取向程度。
The comparison of properties of hardened cement paste(hcp)between nano SiO 2 and silica fume added has been studied by XRD.Results indicated that the strength of hcp with nano SiO 2 at early age was increased but that of hcp with silica fume was decreased slightly.Portlandite in interface between hcp and marble was absorbed obviously and the orientation of portlandite in the interface was decreased with nano SiO 2 added.In a word these properties of hcp with nano SiO 2 added was better than that of hcp with silica fume.
