摘要
目的探讨铜绿假单孢菌和葡萄球菌感染及耐药性特点,为临床医生合理使用抗生素提供试验依据。方法常规分离培养,再严格按照MICROSCAN细菌鉴定及药敏试验的要求进行。结果铜绿假单孢菌最敏感的药物为亚胺硫霉素,耐药性为15.0%,葡萄球菌对万古霉素均敏感。结论临床医生应根据细菌的药敏结果对症治疗,直接选用广谱抗生素药物进行治疗不可取。
Objective To explore the characteristic of infection and resistance between Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Staphylococcus, providing experimental basis that clinical doctors use antibiotic in reason. Methods AU the samples are cultured in routine way, identifications and antimicrobial susceptibility of bacteria were performed according to MICROSCAN programme. Results The N-Formimidoyl Thienamycin were reveled with higher sensitivity rates to Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, the resistance rate was 15.6%. Vancomycin was entirely effective to Staphylococcus. Conclusions Clinical doctors should choose antibiotic according to the result of antimicrobial susceptibility. It is not legitimacy to use broad-spectrum antibiotic directly.
