摘要
实验结果表明，食蟹猴疟原虫Ｂ株配子体对不同龄斯氏按蚊的感染性存在着差异，随着蚊龄的增长，感染度下降，尤其在不佳感染时间血餐者，这种差异更为明显。因此，在疟疾实验研究中，以选用３～８日龄斯氏按蚊为佳。
The results of the experiments showed that the infectivity of gametocytes of Plasmodium cynomolgi B strain to Anopheles stephensi at various ages are different.With the growth of mosquitos,the infection rate decreased.Especially,when the blood meal of mosquitos is not at the best time,this different is more evident.Therefore,in the malaria experiments, Anopheles stephensi of 3～8 days should be used.
