摘要
光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)温度、应变的交叉敏感问题阻碍了其实用化技术的发展。针对FBG应变传感测量中的交叉敏感问题,系统综述了几种典型温度补偿的解决方案。介绍了其工作原理并简单分析了其特点,同时提出了一种改进型的双金属温度补偿封装结构。
The cross-sensitivity problem of temperature and strain has handicapped the development of the applied FBG technology. In view of such a problem in FBG strain sensing measurement, several significant solutions for temperature compensation are described systematically in this paper. The principles and characteristics of the solutions are discussed and an improved configuration for temperature compensation by double metals is proposed.
