摘要
本文提出了一种新型的光纤光栅F-P腔传感探头,分析了其在轴向应变作用下分裂点处波长的漂移情况,设计出了基于此理论的微应变测量系统,并进行了实验验证。实验表明,此系统能够实现微应变的测量,其分辨率为0.0098με。
The paper proposed a novel fiber grating F-P sensing detector, analyzed the wavelength drifting at the split-point when it was acted with uniform radial strain, designed the micro-strain measurement system based on the theory, and made its experiment,and its experimental results approves that this system can achieve micro-strain measurement, and its resolution is 0. 0098με.
