摘要
介绍了光纤光栅应变传感器的工作原理,提出了一种应用放大自发辐射光源(ASE)线性段对光纤光栅应变传感器进行解调的新方案.此方案所用装置结构简单,测量范围大,灵敏度适中,能实现静态和动态测量.实验中对悬臂梁的应变进行了测量,输出电压与悬臂梁的轴向应变成线性关系,与理论值符合得较好.电压/应变灵敏度系数为-4.003 5×10-3V/με,测量范围达到了1 106个微应变.
The operating principle of Fiber Bragg Grating Strain Sensor is introduced. A new demodulation method for Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) sensor, which is designed by making use of the linear decline section of an amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) light source. The setting is of simple structure, broad measurement range, appropriate sensitivity and static and dynamic measurement. We have measured the strain of the cantilever, got the linear relation between output voltage and axial strain of the cantilever fitting the theoretical value very well. The sensitivity of voltage/strain is-4. 0035 × 10^-3V/με and the measurement range is 1106με.
