摘要
采用酸基型胶体钯活化液,将敏化、活化合为一步进行,对ABS化学镀镍前处理工艺进行了改进,减少了活化液中金属钯的含量,降低了生产成本。经本工艺处理的ABS树脂工件更易起镀,化学镀镍后耐蚀性与结合力好。对该工艺的流程及各工序进行了介绍。讨论了ABS化学镀镍前处理工艺条件的选择、温度及pH对化学镀镍的影响。结果显示,适于ABS树脂化学镀镍的温度范围较窄,宜控制在55℃左右。
The pretreatment process of electroless nickel plating on ABS was improved by using acidic colloid Pd activating solution and combining sensitization with activation in one step, reducing Pd content in activating solution and production cost. ABS resin treated by the improved process is easier to be plated and has good corrosion resistance and adhesion after electroless nickel plating. The flow and each procedure of the process were introduced. The selection of pretreatment process conditions of eleetroless nickel plating on ABS and the influence of pH on electroless nickel plating was discussed. The results show that the temperature range suitable for electroless nickel plating on ABS is narrow with a preferred value of about 55 ℃.
