摘要
从科技环境的革命性变化、信息技术的推动和科技信息资源的演变等方面 ,论述了信息服务走向知识服务的必然性和必要性 ,介绍了美国、欧盟等科技先进国家构建 2 1世纪科技基础设施的动向及其可资借鉴的经验 ;探索了面向知识服务的基本模式和基本特征 ,提出了构建知识服务基础平台的主要方向。
The necessity and the inevitability of the transformation from information service to knowledge service is discussed with a brief description of the revolutionary change of scientific and technical research environments,the push technology of information technology and the evolution of information resources.The trend of the advanced countries such as the United States and the European Union countries in constructing scientific research infrastructures for the 21 stcentury is detailed with an outline of their experiences that China should learn from.The basic modes and basic features underlying the knowledge service are presented with a brief discussion of the main goals and main framework of the infrastructure for knowledge service and the key technologies involved.
