摘要
通过建立适当的坐标系 ,把正、反转旋耕刀的运动统一起来 ,用同一个方程表示 ,二者只是在不同的切土范围内工作。用这种方法对正、反转旋耕刀的不同特性进行了分析比较 ,可知在同样结构参数和运动参数条件下 ,反转旋耕刀能以较低的转速获得较高的切削速度。对ⅠS2 2 5、ⅡS2 2 5和T140三种正、反转旋耕刀进行了单刀切土扭矩对比试验 ,结果表明 ,在旋耕速度比值较大、切土角变化的影响较小时 ,反转旋耕刀的切土扭矩小于正转旋耕刀 ;但切土角对旋耕刀切土扭矩的影响很大 。
With the proper coordinate system,the movement of up cut and down cut rotary blades can be incorporated in one equation,but two kinds of blades work in different angular ranges.By means of this method,the performances of up cut and down cut rotary tillage are compared.It is considered that under the same structural and moving parameters circumstances,the cutting velocity is greater for up cut rotary blade than for down cut blade.The comparison experiment of up cut and down cut rotary blades is also described.The results indicate that when the ratio of the rotor peripheral to the tiller forward velocity is great and the cutting angle variation has little effect on rotary blade,the up cut rotary blade has less soil resistance torque than the down cut rotary blade.
